HOW TO PROCEED WITH ONLINE PURCHASES?
Go to www.charlesphilipmilano.com and click on “SHOP” from the menu. Choose from the product categories and click on the product you wish to purchase, selecting the model, colour and size available
Once you have added the products you are interested in to the Shopping Cart, you can check your selection, modify it and/or proceed directly to purchase.
To complete your Order, simply indicate the shipping address and the address for receipt of delivery and choose a payment method.
You can buy on the website www.charlesphilipmilano.com also by registering via “Login”.
HOW TO PAY?
You can pay for your Order with the main credit cards and other payment methods expressly indicated on this website.
The amount for the Products will only be charged after authorisation by the bank or intermediary handling the payment.
The amount for any Pre-Order Products will instead be charged at the same time as sending the relevant “Product ready for shipment” Order Confirmation Email and only after the bank has authorised payment.
The charge will be in the same currency as the prices quoted at the time of payment. The total amount of the order includes shipping costs, taxes and duties where applicable, as specified in the Shopping Cart.
A payment receipt will be sent for each order placed on our site.
ORDERS CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
The purchase process is completed by clicking on the appropriate button to confirm the Order and validate it definitively.
Once confirmed, the Order cannot be changed.
Before confirming your Order proposal, you must read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on this website and the relevant Privacy Policy.

If your order has already been shipped, please note that you can still return the Product to us by following the instructions in the “Returns” section of the General Sales Terms and Conditions.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are generally delivered within 5 business days in Italy, Europe and USA from the moment the Order confirmation email is sent. For other countries, it may take longer depending on the final destination.
In the case of Pre-Order Products that are not yet ready for shipment at the time your Order is placed, we will deliver such Products within the latest estimated delivery date, namely five (5) business weeks from sending the relevant confirmation email.
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier’s tracking number.
Please note that the carrier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and requires a signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are free for products not on sale in Italy, Europe and Switzerland, the UK, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Canary Islands, Norway and USA.
Shipping costs for all products, including non-sale items, are excluded for Cyprus and Malta. For further details, please contact our customer service at the following email address: customerservice@
For products on sale, the shipping costs will always be charged to the Customer.
For Italy, the shipping cost of products on sale is EUR 10.00.
For Europe, the shipping cost of products on sale changes from country to country and will appear in the Shopping Cart before payment. For information regarding countries outside Europe, please contact our customer service at the following email address: customerservice@
TIME LIMITS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may return them within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Before returning products, you must ensure that the items are intact and complete, never used, worn or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were delivered.
We inform you that the products purchased cannot be exchanged. Therefore, if you wish to change the item purchased, you can return it in the manner and within the time limits described here and place a new order.

In order to return a product, in Italy, Europe and USA, apply the adhesive label contained in the parcel received bearing the return address to the product’s envelope or box.

You can also return the products using a different service of your choosing.
Charles Philip S.r.l. will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the returned product.
Once the conformity of the returned product has been verified, the amount of the returned product will be re-credited in the same currency to the credit card or to the same payment circuit used for the purchase, minus the refund of the Cost of Return if you use our carrier.
Otherwise, if you choose to use another carrier, we will refund the full amount paid after checking the product’s conformity.
he return process takes about 14 business days. You will then receive an email confirming your refund.
